Project support: You accompany exciting projects for the introduction and further development of our FM systems – from request intake to acceptance System maintenance & configuration: You configure our FM systems according to requirements, supports implementation and perform tasks related to system and data management Analysis & Optimization: Together with the departments, you identify optimization potentials and actively participate in their implementation Support & Training: You are the first contact point for questions about our FM systems, supported in support enquiries and conduct practical application training through

Ideally, you have first experience in handling CAFM systems – or you want to work into this exciting environment You have ideally already gained experience in Facility Management You have a commercial or technical vocational training or a university degree, e.g. in economics, industrial engineering, real estate, data science or have comparable professional or academic qualifications You communicate clearly and securely in German – both in conversation and in writing
