The “UniCredit Graduate Program” is your start into an exciting and varied career in one of Europe’s leading financial institutions. In your 12- to 15-month rotation-based trainee program, you will learn about the company. You work in a future-oriented and international environment where you can learn, unfold and at the same time bring about something with your ideas - true to our common goal ''Empowering Communities to Progress''. The 'Accounting & Regulatory Reporting' area offers you an attractive career entry. In the course of your trainee program, we develop an individual development plan together with you and in close cooperation design the individual stations and centers of your training. This also includes the hospitation in other divisions of the bank to know the areas with which Accounting & Regulatory Reporting works intensively (e.g. Controlling, Shareholdings, Digital). These information stays give you insights into these adjacent areas and complement your training as needed. In the heart of the bank, the Accounting & Regulatory Reporting, all business processes run together. We translate these into measurable figures relevant to the different stakeholders such as management or investors.

Position type: Full-time Through your involvement and active participation in diverse topics, you will gain a broad overview of our activities. You will be prepared for your future tasks by experienced employees. In particular, you will receive insight into the following topics: Completion according to IFRS and HGB for UniCredit Bank GmbH, one of its subsidiaries or subsidiaries Reporting to banking supervisory authorities Projects that implement regulatory requirements or implement technical innovations (e.g. SAP4HANA) Implementation of changes in accounting requirements and further development of implemented processes Digitization of process steps using BI tools and implementation in the teams Design of “Accounting and Regulatory Reporting of the Future” Digitalization, ESG)

Through in-house workshops, external seminars and network events, we prepare you ideally for your target position.
