WHY THE ROLE FOR YOU SPEAKING IS... You are responsible for the complete employee life cycle and ensure a smooth ''Customer Experience' - both for colleagues and for all stakeholders.

You will work closely with the 3PL partner on site to optimize its performance according to the Zalando P&O expectations.

You work with many different P&O topics, projects and initiatives or even guide them. For example, you managst settings and terminations in the team; you coordinate the annual performance cycle at the location; you discuss P&O data and performance with stakeholders; you participate in the monthly and quarterly business reviews of the site.

You will be part of a small but fine on-site P&O team supported by many key stakeholders.

YOU KNOW WHAT? You have experience in managing the entire range of P&O processes and documentation in Germany.

You are well aware of German labour law, works councils and the framework conditions for industrial relations and have already applied this in an international working environment.

You’re pragmatic, you’re welcome to join and are ready to act on both the operating and the strategic level.

You are solution-oriented, love organizational challenges and convince by your independent and careful work.

You speak German and English fluently (other languages are advantageous).

You analyze data insights to recommend strategies and anticipate future P&O developments.

You are able to network and work together with different teams and stakeholders within the organization and at the site (3PL) and do not hesitate to challenging conversations.

Ideally, you already have work experience in logistics/storage environments and know the outsourced 3PL concept.
