Engineer Process Engineering / Chemistry (m/f/d)

You contribute to ensuring the efficient operation of the acrylic acid plant and quality control. You accompany the monitoring of processes, analyze plant disruptions and work on optimization projects to improve production efficiency. You support the organization of the quality laboratory, personnel planning and the guarantee of qualifications. You work on the development of technological concepts, accompany operational tests and the coordination of development projects. You take over hazardous substances management and actively participate in coordination with internal and external bodies. You support patent applications and the monitoring of patents of third parties. You bring ideas to continuous improvement, help benchmarks and help develop roadmaps for future technologies. You participate in specialist bodies and extend your knowledge on regulatory and security issues.

Complete university studies, in process engineering or chemical engineering. Expertise in process and process engineering of chemical plants, preferably in heterogeneously catalyzed gas phase reactions and downstream thermal work-up. Negotiating German and fluent English skills and well-founded MS Office knowledge. Leadership, analytical thinking and the ability to efficiently design complex processes. Basic understanding of occupational safety, environmental protection and quality assurance as well as interest in hazardous materials management. Interest in developing and implementing optimization projects as well as innovative readiness. Representative communication and interface competence for cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
