Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US In the Truck Technology Group of Daimler Truck AG, we bundle all research and development work on our drive trains – from the development of individual components to vehicle integration and testing of the unit. An essential component of our systems are hydraulic (or pneumatic) circuits, such as the cooling circuits for e-drives, the hydrogen circuit in systems with fuel cell or the fuel circuit in conventional drives. The physical effects occurring therein are complex and depend on a plurality of free parameters, which makes systematic analysis expensive. The TT/XES department is responsible for the development of the fuel system and turbochargers for our diesel and our hydrogen internal combustion engines. The aim of the internship is to optimize the preparation, analysis and evaluation of hydraulic measurements on our fuel cycle. To do this, you should sample different AI models and make recommendations on how they can be integrated into the workflow. Your investigations should also show possible sources of error when using the AI models. THE WORK Processing into the hydraulic processes of the fuel circuit Performance and maintenance of measurements at the hydraulic and engine test bench Evaluation of injection system-relevant measurement data with various analysis tools (e.g. imc Famos, AVL Concerto, Microsoft Copilot) Further development of the current data evaluations using Data Analytics methods (improving existing scripts, direct integration of AI models) Documentation of recommendations for action Working in the team's operational daily business WE BEEDS An exciting and varied activity in a dynamic environment The opportunity to participate independently in projects and introduce your ideas An attractive remuneration and flexible working hours Insights into the working world of a leading company in the commercial vehicle industry Participation and participation in exciting exchange and network formats of the multi-site student @ Daimler Truck Network
