You are actively involved in the design of content and organizational processes of the institution and, together with your team, ensure competent diagnostics and therapy: Comprehensive anamnese survey and clinical neurological/ development neurological study of children and young people and assessment of different development areas (cognitive, emotional, linguistic, motorised), indication of further internal and external diagnostic measures Evaluation/ Indication of various forms of therapy, therapy procedures Combination of all organic, psychological, therapeutic and social findings, creation of multidimensional diagnosis and treatment plans under a holistic/systemic approach Medical treatment in special disorders Indicative regulation of healing and aids Advising parents and reference persons on diagnostic results, therapy options/concerns etc. Management and coordination of the work of multi-professional case teams in the context of interdisciplinary work Cooperation and representation outside good local and regional networking, among others, with daycare centres, schools and district offices Implementation of measures to ensure the quality of the existing offer Design of content and organizational processes in the institution together with the tandem management

Medical Approbation and completed specialist training in childhood and youth medicine ideally multiannual clinical, as social-pediatric experience as well as basic knowledge in a professionally recognized psychotherapy procedure Commitment to the interdisciplinary approach to work in a highly qualified team of medicine, psychology, physiotherapy, ergotherapy, logo education, medical education, music therapy and social work Openness for the diversity of the lives of children, young people and families in Berlin good computer skills (with modern office software, Microsoft Office, the Internet and in common practice software) Joy in working in an interdisciplinary team independent, empathic and dedicated work Openness for multicultural family background desirable: as good language skills as possible in English (even Arabic/Russian/Ukrainian) for foreign financial statements we ask to submit a proof of equivalence
