Successfully completed studies in the fields of economic engineering, logistics, economics or in a comparable course of studies Knowledge in the distribution-side logistics or Transport logistics in particular in the field of land freight, project management and supply chain management Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of a multi-member international team Embossed, methodical knowledge in contracting and contract design, in particular the content of contract objectives High communication and enforcement skills Analytical skills and methodological knowledge in the areas of Operations Research, TQM, Lean, Six Sigma or TOC Hands-on mentality, independent and proactive working methods and entrepreneurial thinking Responsibility and high commitment to goals and business and service orientation Professional knowledge in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point on board level Negotiating German and English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages and intercultural competence are advantageous Nobody is perfect!
