A new area of responsibility within the company will be the finance management of the central fleet with a fleet of over 8,000 vehicles for the German companies. For this new area we offer a full-time job/ 40 hours week as a commercial employee (w/m/d) at the location in Gaisbach at the next possible time. In this exciting interface function, you play a central role in the financial and fleet management of our Würth fleet. Designing with a view for detail and a sense of process optimization You will actively participate in our commercial processes around the topic of KFZ costs.

You are responsible for the booking and verification of the KFZ costs for the entire fleet of vehicles They gain experience from the operational activities to optimize and drive accounting processes through automation They are in regular exchange with car houses, other external service providers and the companies of the Würth Group They are actively involved in maintaining and updating all relevant master data to ensure a reliable database They take over the breaks of the KFZ costs to the companies of the Würth Group and are constantly working on improving the processes

Business Sudium or comparable commercial training First professional experience in creditor accounting or investment accounting Ideal knowledge of SAP-FI A high affinity for digital tools, especially very good user knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Very good communication skills in word and writing A structured, independent and reliable operation with a view to detail
