Planning, organisation and implementation of educational, leisure and association events for children and young people Support and further development of the Maltese Youth and the Maltese School-sanity Service in the Diocese of Erfurt Advice and support of children and youth groups, their bodies and voluntary management teams Acquisition, qualification and accompaniment of volunteers and guidance of volunteers (FSJ) Cooperation and networking within the Malteser and with schools, church institutions and external partners Administrative tasks, including budget management, Funding and public relations in print and digital media (website, social media)

Completed social science studies, e.g. pedagogy, social work or a comparable degree course (BA/MA/Diplom) Experience in youth (association) work and/or work with voluntary groups of advantage Enthusiasm for first-aid themes and their communication to children and young people Empathic and respectful handling of children, young people and young adults Organizational talent, communication and team skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Above-average commitment, initiative and sense of responsibility readiness for flexible working hours, also in the evening and on weekends, as well as for business trips and accompanying trips, projects and events Class B driving licence A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
