To strengthen our STADTBOTE team in Essen, we are looking for a communication and customer and service-oriented event at the next possible date.

You are the first contact person for our customers, entrepreneurs and their drivers (m/w/d) and for a frictionless communication flow You plan and coordinate our transport and logistics processes and thus actively contribute to our regional services You receive incoming orders, check the order data for fullness and content, and collect them in our own conciliation software You control and manage customer orders and ensure high customer satisfaction You coordinate and monitor the dates for the delivery and collection of goods to ensure timely processing You are responsible for order accounting and you always process complaints as well as damages based on service You monitor the stock of goods and, if necessary, assist in the acceptance and presentation of goods, as well as in the preparation, implementation and subsequent processing of inventory

Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in the commercial sector and have already gained experience in logistics or forwarding or are cross-enterers (m/w/d) with comparable activity. You have the pleasure of communicating with customers and business partners – whether on the phone, personal or e-mail You're drawing on your own and customer-oriented work, combined with a strong cost-consciousness and a positive, friendly transmission and a secure entry. Your reliable and responsive hand-on mentality with empathy, but also performance in customer care make you a strong personality Secure knowledge in MS Office and a quick incorporation into new computer systems as well as excellent oral and written communication skills in German as well as basic knowledge in English complete your profile
