Development, implementation and monitoring of HSE concepts and guidelines Implementation and evaluation of risk assessments and risk analyses for identifying and minimizing hazards at work Organisation and implementation of internal training and internal and external audits on HSE topics Investigation of accidents and incidents and implementation of preventive measures Development, creation and maintenance of HSE documentation, reports and integrated management systems Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal or customer-specific standards in the field of health, safety and the environment Coordination and cooperation with authorities and various departments to promote a safety culture in the company

Complete studies in the field of safety management, environmental sciences or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in HSE or QM Training as a specialist for occupational safety desirable, additional qualifications, e.g. as fire protection officers, are advantageous Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Safe handling of MS Office applications Designed analytical skills as well as problem-solving competence, team skills and an independent, structured way of working
