The Department of Human Resources at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences sees itself as a strategic partner of the university management and as a modern service provider for all employees. It creates the human framework for teaching, research and administration and develops sustainable solutions for a changing working environment. In your function as a manager, you take over the overall responsibility for the HR department and lead a dedicated team. You work closely with the university management, introduce strategic impulses and develop the staff work of the university consistently. You run the personnel department with 17 employees professionally and disciplinaryly and develop your team in a targeted manner.
