Deputy school management of the SBBZ Haslachmühle with cooperative organisational forms at regional locations Ensure the education order and the professional and organizational orientation of the SBBZ with the main focus on hearing, language and mental development Coordination of the pedagogical work of all employees incl. Documentation and reflection Further development of the technical concepts for all SBBZ's offers, taking into account developments in education and social policy and private school aspects Representation of the SBBZ to the school authorities, cost-benefits and authorities and representation in internal and external bodies Diagnostics, special educational advice for children and parents (internal and external)

Complete study of special education, as far as possible in the fields of listening, language and/or spiritual development Experience in teaching and promotion, in particular in the field of supported communication Experience in working with students with high and complex assistance needs and with autism spectrum disorders Expertise and experience in management responsibility with personnel management and team training Knowledge of school law and school organization Membership in a Christian Church affirmation of the Christian-diaconical order and active design of our diaconic work
