To support our HR team in the Elmshorn coffee plant, we are looking for a working student (m/w/d). Your tasks include: Support in HR day-to-day business, in particular in communication with employees Active support of our HR team throughout the recruiting process Organization of interviews and care of communication to applicants Help with planning external and internal seminars Creation of relevant documentation for the works council in cooperation with the HR specialist Support in optimizing existing processes and introducing new approaches Creation of reports and administrative tasks in the field of HR

For the role as a working student (m/w/d) in HR, we are looking for someone who is interested in HR work and brings the following skills: Continuous studies in the field of BWL, economic psychology, social sciences or in a comparable course Safe handling of MS Office, first experiences with HR tools are advantageous Interest in recruiting and working with employees Organisational skills, communication strength and a structured and independent way of working
