As an account holder (m/w/d) in fund accounting, you are responsible for several specific real estate funds that you commit independently and responsibly. You work with a variety of internal and external interfaces and move in a varied and challenging environment. With the support of experienced and helpful colleagues, you grow with your tasks: Current accounting of open and closed real estate funds, management of investment books and property accounts, implementation of creditor accounting, master data maintenance Takeover, evaluation and control of property managers' accounting data Creation of daily, monthly and annual accounts Determination of the share price Implementation of domestic and foreign payment transactions Contact person for external auditors and consultants

Accountant knowledge and tax knowledge required Training as a financial account holder, account holder, tax specialist or comparable training background or completed economic studies Secured by HGB Multi-annual industry experience SAP knowledge is an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word & Excel) Teamability and independent working style Good knowledge of English
