The Deutsche Bundesbank is a special bank. We provide a stable euro with the ECB and the other European central banks. For this and for further central bank tasks, we need a wide range of specialists in a wide range of areas of work so that the institution can work. Person protector or Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2026_0517_02 In the protection of personal data, you contribute significantly to the safety of members of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank. You work in a professional, well-established team that ensures personal protection at home and abroad.

As part of the support of your protector to services and services in Germany and abroad, you will ensure their personal safety. You shall carry out all necessary protective measures in order to avoid hazards, damages and safety-related disturbances from the person concerned. You analyse the respective hazard situation, derive appropriate measures and adapt their behaviour in situ. Your tasks also include supporting the command management in the context of indirect personal protection, including observation, exploration and documentation. You work closely with internal and external security bodies and provide protection measures. As a discrete, competent and sovereign contact person, you are at any time available to the protection person as well as to the places involved.

Completion as a security specialist Personnel Protection (IHK) or a comparable qualification (e.g. proven completion of personal protection training with a safety authority) At least two years of professional experience in personal protection driving licence class B Very good German knowledge Good knowledge of English In addition, it is desirable: Very good knowledge of the planning and implementation of the direct and indirect protection of persons, can be found through experience in a personal safety command Good knowledge of first aid Detection of weapons instrument according to WaffG (necessary for persons with official personal protection) Driving licence class C1 readiness and health suitability for the execution of missions in Germany and abroad, to carry out a service weapon and to work under special time requirements (shift service, paid work on weekends and holidays) High physical resilience for the maintenance of the tasks mentioned Impressed reliability, confidentiality and sense of responsibility Very good communicative abilities and appearance and enforcement

The selection procedure consists of a formal aptitude test, a computer-assisted English test, a sports and shooting test and a structured interview. All test sections represent exclusion criteria. If a single test section is not passed, the selection process ends automatically. .
