Planning and coordination of the steam generator disassembly in KKI2, including the predictive coordination of all interfaces to adjacent disassembling, residual material treatment, disposal and support processes Support for project management through the acquisition of clearly defined subprojects in the planning and implementation phases, combined with responsible entrepreneurship and the claim to achieve measurable results Control and monitoring of the commissioned service providers with regard to performance, quality and time-to-date, taking into account a holistic end-to-end perspective Coordination and care of resilient stakeholder relationships to anticipate expectations, build confidence and remain stable in a dynamic environment Application of analytical and data-based procedures to evaluate the progress of the project, to analyze the causes in case of deviations and to continuously optimize the processes

Successfully completed engineering studies or comparable qualification with long-term project experience in technically complex industrial or reconstruction projects Founded professional experience in nuclear technology as well as very good knowledge of the organization of construction and execution at the site, combined with the suitability for control activities routine in handling the residual material tracking system and a pronounced understanding of safe, quality-oriented and regular workflows Impressed organizational and analytical skills to identify changes as a chance Strong team and cooperation capability with the pleasure of interdisciplinary cooperation, knowledge sharing across domain boundaries, and empathic handling of internal and external stakeholders Very good communication skills in German to convey complex technical facts to the addressee and to promote trusted cooperation
