Account Manager (m/w/d)

You distribute our insurance products professionally on the phone in the area of private health insurance Create offers for our customers and keep them up to the conclusion of the contract As part of actions in direct and cooperation distribution, you accept calls efficiently and service-oriented Our insurance customers will inform you by phone about product renewals in the area of private health insurance You can reliably record customer data and conversation content in our CRM system You recognize and use opportunities for cross- and up-selling in conversation

You are a real sales talent and ideally bring experience in telephone sales. Training as an insurance specialist (m/w/d) is desirable, but not a prerequisite – we are open to motivated cross-comers. You're leaving! With you, our customers are in the best hands - you take care of their concerns and always have a smile in your voice In direct contact, you can express yourself clearly and understandably and have the talent to convey our topics in the customer's language You can master German in word and writing and you are affin in dealing with our various IT systems You are looking forward to our flexible working time models from 8:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. and you can also jump for short-term bottlenecks
