As Senior DevOps Engineer Customer Data Hub (m/w/d), you develop the strategy to operate, deploy, initial load and automate the customer data hub platform in close coordination with business, architecture and management. You secure the end-to-end availability, scalability and security of our system and are responsible for their sustainable operating models You coordinate and drive the independent, targeted processing and upgrading of highly complex incidents and troubleshoots at the K2View Platform by working with our internal development teams, external supplier:inside the Shared Service Centers (TSSC) and find potential for improvement to avoid You evaluiert new technologies and architectures in your work environment (e.g. monitoring, K2View application, AWS, etc.) and meet sound decisions on their use. You ensure compliance with the prescribed security policies for the applications, systems and platforms responsible - through analysis of accesses and permissions and corrective actions. You are coaching colleagues: both professional and external partners in the DevSecOps environment.

What distinguishes you: Complete technical or economic engineering studies or comparable training. At least 8 years of professional experience in the operation of complex system landscapes ideally focusing on K2View/Kafka platforms in AWS Knowledge of DevOps and Automation Tools (Jenkins/ GitHub Actions, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) Experience in handling ITIL processes and monitoring and analysis tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog) Unusual Trial Solution Competence, Experience and Strategic Development in Incident, Problem and Change Management in productive, K2View Fabric environments Comprehensive process and IT expertise in telecommunications. Designed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to evaluate technical decisions in the business context. Very high consulting competence and security in communication with management, departments and external partners: in international, agile teams Loadability and readiness to take responsibility even in critical situations Experience in professional leadership, coaching and managing international teams and suppliers. Flowing English knowledge in word and writing (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
