Type of employment: Full time, part time

Responsibility for the smooth service processes in the restaurant and its coordination Support for guests and promotion of sales through expert guest advice on food & beverages Complaint management Ensuring product and service quality Operational economics of F&B key figures (goods operations, goods handling) and reporting, in particular for F&B/KOST Control of the cash register system and the proper execution of all booking operations and settlement formalities Active cooperation and communication with the other departments Training of employees and trainees Management, supervision, instruction and professional training of staff and trainees Implementation of administrative activities

Successfully completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant Multiannual professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in a comparable position Strong communication skills and empathy as well as a cooperative leadership style Professional and safe appearance, well-maintained appearance and good handling Reliability, enthusiasm, commitment and team spirit Sympathetic, friendly and natural personality
