Management and further development of the Endpoint Management Platform (Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager) Creation and maintenance of device configurations, compliance policies and security policies in line with our providers Requirements for the packeting, distribution and updating of applications for the provider Managing Windows Autopilot, Enrollment Processes and Zero-Touch-Provisioning Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) support Analysis and elimination of endpoint problems, performance issues and security warnings Implementation of Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender and other security features Cooperation with IT-Security, Network, Providers and Modern-Workplace teams Creation of documentation, standards and operating guidelines Support for rollouts, modernization projects and lifecycle management

Education or studies in the field of IT or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in endpoint management, ideally with Microsoft Intune Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android Experience with Autopilot, Compliance Policies, App Deployment and Conditional Access Understanding Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Defender and Zero-Trust concepts Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical thinking and structured working
