Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

The monthly wage and salary bills for a defined employee group prepare you independently and conduct them independently. With your specialist expertise, you will take care of tariff and extra-tariff bills and take into account variable wages and social insurance-relevant benefits. You record fencing times (for example, holiday, incapacity or parental leave) in the time recording program and maintain the associated data. You are the first respondent for all questions relating to pay. You create various certificates for cash registers and offices we are in contact with the relevant bodies. You have successfully completed your commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann (m/w/d) for office management, tax specialist (m/w/d) or the like). You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the payroll accounting of several hundred employees. You have deducted both in terms of tariff and non-tariff terms. You are well versed in social security, pay tax and labour law. In the application of MS office and wage billing programs, you feel safe. You are happy to handle people and are characterized by an independent, proactive and structured way of working.
