Bar manager (m/f/d)

You guide our bar team and answer the smooth running in two bars.

As a host/host, you will delight our national and international guests with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

You are responsible for complaint management and find sovereign solution-oriented approaches.

You co-ordinate work processes, recognize optimization potentials and proactively introduce creative ideas for further development.

You work in new employees, guide the team and provide targeted training for continuous development.

You design and optimise our drinks and cocktail menu with a sense of trends and quality.

You keep the budget in mind and ensure compliance with the operating management's economic requirements.

You have well-founded professional experience in a comparable position.

A structured and organized way of working distinguishes you.

Teamwork and the professional handling of guests will give you great pleasure.

You have extensive expertise in wine and spirits.

You have good knowledge of German and English as well as experience in dealing with the Hypersoft system.
