IT Network Administrator for Unified Communications and Access Control Systems

HPA operates a port-wide network to provide its services distributed over the port area. This network provides all the necessary services needed for IP-based applications. Unified Communications & Telepresence will be expanded – part of the Network & Communication unit of the IT division.

You plan, configure, implement and pflegst UC systems (3CX) and ensure their reliable operation. The infrastructure, the telephone network and the terminals are comprehensive – from analysis to administration to technical support. You guide and accompany UC projects and advise technologically and conceptually. Disturbances in 2nd and 3rd level support are reliable and perform fault analyses independently. You plan, install, configure and maintain access systems like Nedap AEOS and ASSA ABLOY eCLIQ. You take the problem analysis as well as the 3rd level support in direct exchange with helpdesks, partners and manufacturers and advises customers on UC and access systems. You are responsible for the support of the light-wave network, the communication technology and the HPA radio links and ensure clean system integration.

You have completed training as a specialist in system integration or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through training and professional experience. You bring extensive experience in IT system administration and/or in the care of unified communication solutions and communicate safely in German and English. A good understanding of the 3CX communication platform as well as ideally other UC solutions such as Microsoft teams will show you. Additional knowledge of access systems such as Nedap AEOS and ASSA ABLOY eCLIQ are beneficial to you. A strong curiosity for technological innovations and modern IT developments drives you. Analytical and structured, you work independently, flexibly and motivated and have experience in the development of directional radio links as well as in the handling of LWL and copper measurement technology. Handicraft skills, team skills, readiness for further training and participation in readiness to call complete your profile.
