We are looking for you at our location in Heidelberg, Munich, Berlin or Leipzig in full-time (40 h) at the next possible time with multi-day Mobile Office option. Your mission

Analyze our HR data to discover potentials and develop sound decision bases for strategic personnel decisions. Design and implement effective KPI systems and reporting solutions that generate measurable added value for our company. Design our personnel planning as an architect and actively promote the modernization of our HR controlling tools. Act as an interface between HR, Controlling and the specialist departments to translate technical requirements into practical solutions. Identify independently relevant HR trends and derive concrete recommendations for action to further develop our HR strategy. Use your expertise to continuously optimize our HR processes and where appropriate to automate them.

Complete business studies – ideally focusing on controlling, HR or data analysis. Several years of relevant professional experience – e.g. in HR controlling, classic controlling, auditing, consulting or other data-driven roles. Very good Excel knowledge, ideally complemented by experience with Personio and possibly IBM Cognos TM1. Joy of work with data, combined with the ability to recognize patterns and always keep the big whole in mind. Hands-on mentality, conceptual strength and communicative security – also in dynamic, changing environments. Structured mode of operation, analytical thinking and rapid understanding in complex relationships. Very good German and good English skills
