Your Support of the License & Wholesale Team for administrative and operational tasks Communication in English with suppliers in Europe and Asia on topics such as order placement, award and packaging Responsibility for the installation, maintenance and updating of master data, including pricing in the system settlement and monitoring of wholesale orders and ensuring scheduled delivery Processing of certificates of origin, authorization letters, and support in the award of tariff numbers Function as a link between external wholesale customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments with a pronounced understanding of service and communication Participation in projects to optimize and further develop processes in wholesale order processing

Your Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First relevant professional experience, ideally in a trading company in the area of purchasing, goods procurement or wholesale Impressed communication skills and a professional and service-oriented appearance towards external partners Own initiative, team capacity and loadability - also in peak times Structured, careful working and a good understanding of figures Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good Excel skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
