Responsibility, Control and Controlling 10 employees Human resources management, planning and development Support for pedagogical staff in particularly difficult and complex cases Representation of the institution in the public (including individual cases) Ensuring the implementation of the performance agreement and its updating General organisation of the service Design of communication structures conceptual development Cooperation with the Youth and Social Office and other institutions of youth assistance, participation in bodies and working groups Acquisition of pedagogical tasks in the case of individual and representation in the group service of the institution
