HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

• Care and advice of specialists and executives and employees in all labour and personal matters • implementation of individual personnel measures • Constructive cooperation with the works council, authorities and external partners • Working in HR projects • Working with the establishment and optimization of HR processes and instruments

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong understanding of human resources management. Ideal candidates are characterized by the following qualifications: • Completion of a commercial training, completion as a specialist and/or multiannual professional experience in the generalist Staff work • Good knowledge of personal accounting and time management systems, ideally SAP • Secure knowledge of the right to work, collective bargaining and enterprise • Safe handling of the MS Office package • independent and solution-oriented operation and a pronounced service idea • Communication strength and persuasion at different levels • Very good German knowledge and good English skills We also require a certain readiness to travel between the two locations.
