What we plan together: As HR process management, we work closely with the departments to develop modern solutions for the redesign and optimization of HR processes through digitalization and automation. Our focus is on the design of HR processes in the service areas, in particular in the administrative and charge-relevant environment. We take over HR projects and implement them in the team to create significant added value for the People Services. Our commitment and ambition are driving us.

What you do with us: You are in the middle of it: You are co-responsible to map our HR process descriptions efficiently, customer-oriented, digitally and automatically and to support us in presentations within and outside HR projects. You keep an overview: You monitor and process in-depth enquiries, e.g. in the case of customization of processes, in HR correspondence or HR Knowledge Management. You take responsibility: You support us in ongoing projects and perform independent tasks in optimizing our HR processes. On your support, you will be able to support us in preparing, implementing and preparing specialist lectures and workshops, for example in the AI theme in HR.

What we do First of all, your personality: You convince by your high motivation and commitment, as well as your team orientation, strong communication skills and independent, structured and conscientious working. You master the common Microsoft Office products and you want to work in project management and documentation tools. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the HR environment. You are a registered student:in, preferably in the field of personnel, psychology or economics.
