You coordinate IT procurement projects and support our IT expertise in the planning, preparation and implementation of new procurements. You can keep dates, requirements and processes in mind and ensure a smooth process, even across business division boundaries. You carry out upstream IT procurement procedures autonomously, set up the necessary documentation and take care of the post-processing. This includes, for example, the creation and coordination of contract processing contracts (AVVs). You support our IT specialist areas in qualitative economic considerations and help to prepare investment decisions comprehensible and forward-looking. You support administrative tasks such as accounting and IT contract management. In addition, you ensure that our software list is always up-to-date and complete.

Qualification: You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable discipline and have several years of professional experience, or bring a comparable qualification. Knowledge: You bring sound business knowledge, in particular in the fields of procurement, financial and cost planning and contract management. Ideally, you have knowledge in public procurement, licensing and contract management, as well as a good understanding of IT products and IT procurement processes. Personality/Working: You work analytically, conscientiously and solution-oriented. It is easy for you to structure complex requirements and bring together different interests. Your communication strength, your organizational talent and your service-oriented mode of operation are the key to successful cooperation with departments and external service providers. In addition, you will bring your own initiative and will be happy to work on new topics of procurement.
