The disciplinary leadership of employees and the responsibility for individual personnel development and promotion are your central tasks. You are responsible for an efficient organization of the processes and ensure that tasks are done on time. In addition, you shape change processes and initiate them actively in line with the corporate strategy. You are responsible for the following tasks: the credit risk in the customer credit business and housing companies – from annual control according to MaRisk to ongoing risk-breaking and intensive care credit analysis, voting and decision-making in the context of new and existing financing for the entire customer credit business, including housing companies the analysis of annual accounts of housing companies according to HGB and deriving relevant findings for credit award ensuring proper credit management (including contract creation, security processing and monitoring, payouts, funding processing) the targeted and efficient management of external service providers and IT systems used

You accompany and control internal and external audits. Existing processes are checked and optimized continuously and document them carefully. At the same time, you are essentially responsible for compliance with supervisory, legal and internal requirements. You will develop specialist concepts, create forum presentations and actively participate in committee meetings. You take on specialist project work, build networks with internal and external stakeholders, and accompany supervisory and regulatory issues. You initiate, guide and work actively in projects.

You have successfully completed a study of economics (Bachelor) with the focus on finance. Your multi-year professional experience and your extensive knowledge in the field of tasks make you an ideal occupation. Your very good understanding of open-minded questions is what distinguishes you and you can derive strategic impulses.
