♪ Your future task:

• Responsibility for the Damage Management department with the focus on damage regulation, cooperation with experts and damage inspection
• Central interface function within the damage process to coordinate and forward relevant information
• Strategic development of damage regulation processes and structures in close coordination with the departmental management
• Promoting cross-border cooperation through active interface management and targeted expansion of internal networking
• Supporting the specialist departments, especially in the disposition of technical teams and operational processes
• Professional communication with customers, object and project managers as well as technicians via different channels (telephone, email, etc.)
• Processing and documentation of disturbances via the SAP ticket system and coordination of further steps
• Immediate operational coordination in urgent cases (e.g. water damage), including forwarding to competent departments or domestic technicians
• Careful documentation of all orders and compliance with internal accounting processes

Your profile for the job Coordinator Technical Damage Management (m/w/d):

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with additional qualification in the area of damage management or building technology
• Multiannual professional experience in damage management, technical object care or comparable areas
• Experience in coordinating processes and in handling internal and external interfaces
• Secure handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge in the SAP ticket system
• Impressed communication and organizational strength and solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to keep track of stressful situations and make quick decisions
• Structured, independent and responsible operation
• High level of customer and service orientation
• Team skills and willingness to cross-departmental cooperation
