Responsibility for a permanently assigned technician masterpiece as well as the planning, coordination and optimization of inspection, maintenance and repair assignments of own service technicians and external service partners in the SAP operational control unit Responsibility for the commercial settlement of the operations of assigned subcontractors Appointment and demand-oriented disposition of the material required for the service inserts in the SAP system Direct communication with customers to schedule and ensure a smooth service process Control and coordination of service operations in the SAP ERP system from deployment planning to execution to commercial feedback Maintenance and documentation of all application data in the SAP-ERP system and in the document management system Ensuring high service quality through efficient coordination between customers, technicians and internal specialist areas

Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable technical or commercial training with high technology affinity Ideally professional experience in operational planning, disposition or technical customer service as well as in handling control or ERP systems Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge (preferably SAP S/4HANA) are advantageous Embossed customer and service orientation as well as a high communication capability Organizational designer with structured, self-responsibility and the ability to set priorities even in a dynamic environment Hands-on mentality, pragmatic solution orientation and openness for new processes and digital applications
