(m/w/d) Location: Düsseldorf We are looking for a dedicated and empathic specialist (m/w/d) from the field of psychology, social education (Bachelor of Science) or specialist psychiatry to strengthen our team. Requirements (forcing): At least three years of professional experience in fulltime work with mentally ill people (in parttime, equivalent hours to full time) Funded knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis according to ICD-10 Safe application of psychotherapeutic methods and additional qualifications in the field of psychotherapy and/or relaxation procedures High resilience, patience and empathy in dealing with seriously mentally ill people

Working method: The activity is carried out on a mobile basis. You serve your patient mainly in the domestic environment or in cafés near their place of residence. The range of applications is around 30 km around Düsseldorf. Café costs are reimbursed. Your tasks: Implementation of sociotherapy and psychosocial support of patients Social, personal and professional support Development of individual treatment and assistance plans taking into account the personal situation of life Support in managing everyday problems and crisis situations Documentation of care and treatment processes Cooperation with doctor, therapist, authorities and other departments Promoting self-employment, stability and social skills Your profile: Complete study of psychology, social education (Bachelor of Science) or training as a specialist psychiatry Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed communication skills, empathy and professional attitude Independent, structured and reliable operation Organisational skills and responsibility Safe handling of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Valid driving license (class B) and a quiet, safe driving style The use of a private car for service trips is a prerequisite. A flat-rate cost compensation is paid under the salary.
