For our location in Berlin, we are looking for a full-time team leader (m/w/d) to lead an experienced property and asset management team and to support our real estate portfolio in Berlin/Brandenburg with approximately 1,000 rented units.

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the commercial asset management team Responsibility for the performance of the assigned real estate portfolio Participation in the development, implementation and further development of the portfolio strategy Regular market and location analyses and identification of optimization potentials Control of sales processes incl. Due diligence, decision documents and contract management Selection, control and quality assurance of external service providers

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Immobilienwirtschaft (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in the leadership of employees as well as strong leadership skills Extensive practical experience in real estate management Very good knowledge of on- and sales processes, due diligence processes, and in common real estate reporting methods and relevant key figures Communication strength and targeted and solution-oriented mode of operation
