You are in service for all people who rely on our local transport offer. You tax our modern vehicles and bring our passengers to work, school, cinema, sports, greenery, shopping, friends...

For our passengers, you are the face of the ÜSTRA and answerable to questions about the ticket, fares, routes and connections.

You will receive training for our vehicles, routes and tariff systems. Within the first months of your employment, you will be trained by our experienced professionals and will be continuously trained in the future. We'll pay your bus ticket! You have the pleasure of dealing with people, you are communicative and you can inspire yourself to be on the go for our customers service-oriented. You draw your attention through your friendly and balanced personality and keep an overview even in difficult situations. You are owned by Class B (min. 2 years) or even D and at least 24 years old. You have a vocational training as complete as possible, good knowledge of German in word and writing, and ideally you have already gained professional experience in dealing with customers. You have no more than 2 points in Flensburg and you have not been deprived of the driving licence in the last 5 years
