Complete studies in the field of personal or information technology or a commercial training with a well-founded, multiannual experience in pay accounting – combined with the willingness to develop in the field of human resources and SAP/SuccessFactors. Practical experience in pay accounting and very good knowledge of social insurance and tax law. Very good user knowledge in the SAP module HCM (personal) and ideally first experience in customizing. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central is desirable. Safe handling of common office applications.
