Head of Payroll (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the proper, punctual fee billing for approx. 1400 employees in the area of wage/content You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Payroll team (3-4 employees) You work actively in the production of wage and salary bills with You shall ensure that the topics and processes relevant to remuneration are carried out in accordance with the law of employment and social security, the time economy and the reporting and certification system. You are an internal and external contact person (m/w/d) in the field of remuneration, e.g. You work on accounting for annual accounts You support various personnel projects on topics such as integration of new companies, job creation and the further development of our SAP projects

You have a completed commercial training as an industrial businessman or tax specialist (m/w/d) with further education on the payroll account holder, specialist personnel, balance sheet holder or comparable to, for example, business studies (m/w/d) You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in wage and salary billing (Payroll) as well as first leadership experience (also project management) with You have well-founded pay tax and social insurance knowledge including Experience with SAP and various tariffs Joy in managing a team, strong service orientation, reliability, binding appearance and pragmatic action complete your profile
