Economic control: You bear the responsibility for the economic stability and sustainable development of the regional association and make strategic decisions with far-sightedness.

Committee and Association work: In regional and supra-regional bodies you represent the interests of the regional association and contribute to the further development of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. at the national level.

Representation and network work: As a face of the regional association, you represent the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. against politics, cost-beneficiaries, authorities, cooperation partners and other relevant actors:in the region and build sustainable and trusting relationships through your strong regional networking in the Kassel area.

Leadership with responsibility: Together with an official and an honorary board, you will lead a regional association with about 400 volunteers and 50 volunteers. There are the areas of rescue service, care, daycare facilities, house emergency, driving service, volunteer services, Johanniter-Jugend, latitude training, migration and integration, medical services and administration.

Personnel strategy and organisational development: The collection, development and long-term commitment of employees are actively involved. You will create attractive conditions for a modern and future-oriented working world that fits the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V.
