Description Your main tasks: Responsibility for the needs- and business-oriented personnel and deployment planning across all locations of the Business Unit Control of planning processes (annual, monthly, weekly and framework planning) as well as ensuring a timely and complete planning Implementation of central planning policies, standards and governance Ensuring compliance with legal, tariff and internal requirements Analysis of plan-actual deviations and derivation and implementation of appropriate control measures Responsibility for KPI control in the field of planning (e.g. productivity, plan stability, forecast accuracy) Professional leadership and further development of the central planning teams Coordination of capacity requirements in close coordination with operations, HR, recruiting and controlling Approval of relevant planning changes and escalation management for deviations or bottlenecks Control of special positions, seasonal peaks and exceptional load situations Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and support in audits, reviews and analyses Creation of reports, evaluations and decision bases for management

Qualifications That's what you bring: Multiannual experience in operational and tactical personnel or deployment planning Very good understanding of planning processes, key figures and control mechanisms Experience in the management or professional management of planning teams Safe handling of workforce management and planning systems Knowledge of working time, tariff and operating conditions High analytical capability and structured and solution-oriented operation Enforcement and safe occurrence against different stakeholders Embossed communication and coordination strength Efficiency and decision-making in dynamic situations Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage
