Strategic management and further development of the urban SOC as part of a hybrid model with internal team and external managed service Responsibility for the further development of the IT support organization in terms of security and service processes Planning, control and continuous improvement of security and service processes, in particular in cooperation with external service providers Professional escalation instance for safety-relevant incidents and coordination and control of internal and external response processes Leading responsibility for reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement of safety and operating processes

Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics or Similar (MINT) Funded knowledge of IT security architecture, incident handling and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI IT basic protection) as well as very good understanding of safety and operating processes Know-how in IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL, SLA control, Change/Incident management), hybrid operating models and design of new processes of managed services Experience in managing teams in the IT security environment, ideally with interfaces to external service providers Representative team player, leadership and communication skills as well as ability to motivation and development of employees Structured, solution-oriented operation, high self-initiative, ability to change perspectives and self-reflection of leadership
