The holiday home “Abwinkl” of the Deutsche Bundesbank is located in the homonymous district of Bad Wiessee am Tegernsee in the Bavarian Alps. We offer 32 guest rooms with a varied half-board offer.

Work of special value: Your commitment

• In a small kitchen team of 3 people, you will take over all kitchen work to create our half board offer with changing buffets to choose from

• Get actively involved in food planning with regional and fresh products and pay attention to compliance with quality standards and hygiene and safety regulations

• On the free days of the kitchen line take over the line of the kitchen

Specific values: Your qualifications

• Completed training as cook / cook

• Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Independent and at the same time team-oriented mode of operation, strong commitment, resilience and friendly and accommodating appearance with good forms of handling
