Senior Full-Stack Developer / Platform Engineer with ERP background (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Platform Engineer (m/w/d), which actively develops and scales our data platform and digital portal in mechanical engineering. In this key role, you work at the interface of ERP, Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse and ensure that data-driven decisions are made possible throughout the company. Our platform is used daily by management, project leaders and shopfloor teams – your code has direct influence on real processes and results. You work closely with the IT director and take over End-to-End-Ownership for central features – from idea to productive use. Full-Stack Development (Next.js, React, FastAPI): Implementation of modern web applications from the frontend to the database (Oracle) Backend & Data Integration: Construction and operation of Python-based ETL pipelines (e.g. PSIpenta ERP, Salesforce, other systems) Database development: creation and optimization of SQL and PL/SQL logic on Oracle 19c Business Intelligence: Support for expanding Power BI dashboards for data-based insights DevOps: Work with Kubernetes, Argo CD, GitHub Actions, Grafana, Prometheus incl. Responsibility for stable CI/CD processes ERP Customizing: Adjustments in ERP system (e.g. Groovy, UI extensions in PSIpenta, approx. 20%) Innovation & AI: Development of modern development processes (e.g. AI-based workflows, multi-agent systems)

Study of Computer Science or Comparative Qualification German language skills and good English skills Experience as a Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) with focus on: Backend: Python, FastAPI

Finded knowledge in SQL, ideally PL/SQL as well as experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle) Ideally know-how in Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (e.g. Argo CD, GitHub Actions) Experience with ERP systems (PSIpenta, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc.) incl.
