We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of electricity networks: Master Order Control (m/w/d) Order control: You control, coordinate and terminate all measures in operation with medium and low voltage, including interference and services from service contracts, with the aim of optimal resource utilization.

Application planning: Your tasks include the independent control of the use of personal and external personnel to carry out maintenance, repair and disorder measures until the restart of the equipment.

Customer communication: You take over the communication with internal and external customers and, depending on budget limits, act independently or supportive in offering, order processing and billing of customer projects.

Switching planning: As part of this activity, you create switching programs, switching applications as well as associated schematics and ensure safe and regular implementation.

Order management: In this case, you take over the order management including documentation in the relevant IT systems, the retrieval ordering of third-party service providers and support in the processing of customers and damage requests as well as, if necessary, in the call readiness.

Completed master or technician qualification in the electrotechnical environment

Multiannual professional experience (at least five years) in the operation of medium and low voltage networks

Very good knowledge of GIS, Lovion, SAP and safe handling of MS Office

Impressed communication and enforcement capability, high sense of responsibility and safety orientation

Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as willingness to participate in readiness
