From new innovative applications to automation processes to AI solutions in the Group, you support forward-looking projects and developments in the Group, enable employees to deal with new applications and solutions and drive the innovative transformation at STRABAG. You will be part of the central area STRABAG Innovation and Digitalization, an interdisciplinary team that makes STRABAG fit for the future both in the office and at the construction site. We look forward to your ideas and initiative! Your base: Stuttgart. Your tasks in detail: You create content: You prepare challenging situations according to target groups and quickly make them tangible for employees (e.g. graphics, scenarios, personae, user stories, guides) You communicate content: You plan the internal communication of such information and serve various communication channels (such as MS Teams, Social Intranet and the Internal Wiki) You become visible: You plan and moderate webinars and inform yourself about product innovations and good practices You support interdisciplinary: you support the implementation of communication measures in various projects around Digital Workplace, AI or data strategy

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Sciences, Media Sciences, German Studies, Marketing or similar degree programs You have very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English is advantageous You can deal well with the common Microsoft 365 programs – with PowerPoint & Word and ideally brings knowledge in image editing with You can quickly work into challenging situations and have a graphic sense of making them tangible You like to contact people and are a team player You are motivated to participate, work independently and reliably
