Mutter-Kind Facility Schwalbenstraße is a privately supported provider of services of child and youth assistance according to § 19 SGB VIII. We mainly provide help in the city of Flensburg.

For this area we are looking for an educational specialist in TZ or VZ to strengthen our team. We also seek an experienced force to occupy the position of the deputy line of the mother-child area. Since our establishment works mainly with mothers (Fathers are supervised in exceptions) and offers them protection, we are looking for a female educational specialist.

An interesting, versatile and responsible field of work awaits you, which focuses on the care of our single young mothers, who need support in the care and education of their children. As a deputy director, you will be active in the care and take part in the tasks of the management and represent the head of the institution as required. Their activity does not include night services or Night readiness. If you already have experience in social-psychiatric work, the group management for our group of mothers with mental illness is also an option. For this group of persons we provide an extended range of services. Your area of responsibility would also include the management and guidance of the team of supervisors working for these mothers.

Above all, we expect your willingness to creative pedagogical work with challenging behaviors of the supervised young mothers, their children and in individual cases of another parent. You are a dedicated personality who is ready to work independently and professionally flexibly in the team. You show sensitivity and respect for the concerns and interests of young mothers to be cared for. You are positive and critical and face challenges. You work organized and structured, but are nevertheless spontaneous, patient and steadfast. You show joy and interest in training and want to participate in the qualitative development of the institution. You bring experience to take over management tasks. We require knowledge in documentation and reporting.
