Team Leader Occupational Therapy (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional, personal and organizational management of the department. You work closely with the therapy directorate, participate in the overall strategic development of the therapy area and promote the implementation of new therapeutic concepts in interdisciplinary cooperation. You ensure the performance of the departments, initiate quality standards and shape change processes. You support and secure the application of evidence-based therapy. You provide strategic and conceptual impulses and support the digitization of the department-related and cross-departmental processes.

You have completed occupational therapeutic training or studies and have several years of professional experience in the fields listed. You have professional training, e.g. EFL, and fulfil the instructions of the DGUV. You have experience in personnel management and development. You have excellent analytical and strategic conceptual skills without losing sight of the operative feasibility. You bring innovative strength, willingness to design and implement in the modernisation of growing service structures. You bring a high liability, sense of responsibility and a clear identification with the goals and values of the house.
