As HR Manager*in the HR Advisory, you act as a central savings partner for executives and employees along the entire employee life cycle. You make sure that all personal processes are in line with working and business constitutional conditions. You actively accompany transformation processes and bring your impulses to the further development of organization, processes and cooperation. In detail, this means for you: Organizational Development & Transformation: You actively accompany and shape organizational and transformation processes (e.g. restructuring, new work models).
