Strengthen our team as a consultant Microsoft 365 (m/w/d) at one of our locations in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart or Ulm. We are looking for a motivated and experienced consultant (m/w/d), who specializes in the Modern Work theme at Microsoft 365. As a consultant (m/w/d), you work closely with our customers and help them to optimally utilize the advantages of Microsoft 365 and modernise their working environments. Business requirements analyse and develop individual solutions to make IT infrastructures more efficient and promote cooperation. The responsibility for the architecture and design of a Microsoft 365 environment is in your hands – scalable, safe and performant As a technical contact person, our customers advise on the implementation, use and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments. You carry out workshops, training and presentations to help our customers introduce and use Microsoft 365. You solve technical problems, analyze errors and support our customers in troubleshooting. Long-term customer relationships keep you active and ensure high customer satisfaction through your technical competence. You identify new technology trends and opportunities in Microsoft 365 and integrate them into our solutions. You support the development of vendor-independent consulting formats in close cooperation with our Modern Workplace department. You are driving the internal development of the Microsoft 365 & Modern theme Workplace advance and share your knowledge in the team.

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or comparable IT-oriented training – for example as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d). Finding knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 feature, in particular in multiple components such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID. You have many years of experience in consulting customers and developing tailor-made solutions and implementing migration projects. Microsoft 365 certifications are an advantage. Their analytical thinking helps you understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. As a real team player you bring a proactive and customer-oriented attitude. Communication is your strength: You control German in C1 level or higher and English at least on B2 level.
