Personnel Officer (m/w/d) in Schwabing

The Schön Klinik München Schwabing, part of the Schön Klinik Group, is the largest neurological specialist clinic in Munich with 300 beds and certified Parkinson Clinic. Our team of 480 employees is responsible for around 3,000 patients each year - outpatient, stationary and daycare in the daily clinics Demenz and Parkinson. From 01.02.2026, we are looking for a dedicated personnel consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (20–24 hours a week, limited for 1.5 years), who strengthens our team with expertise, motivation and a reliable way of working.

Advice & support: You support employees and executives and advise them proactively in all personnel-relevant and labour-law issues. Recruiting & Contracts: You control the application management, support executives in decision-making processes and create work contracts, contract changes and the corresponding correspondence. Operational personnel processes: You are responsible for the operational and administrative personnel work, from recruitment, integration and exit, and carry out the operational integration management in a timely and complete manner. Interface & System Work: You work closely with the personnel billing, create evaluations in different HR systems and take over the system care and key user function for the utility program. HR project work & process development: You cooperate with HR projects and design and update existing HR processes.

You have a commercial training, a study or comparable knowledge. You ideally have first professional experience in human resources or recruiting and have knowledge in the right to work and co-determination. You act in a solution-oriented and reliable manner. You bring very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as pronounced communication skills. You work carefully, independently and structured, are service-oriented and team-ready and master the safe handling of MS Office.
